  • Technical Issues: For software or web applications that encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund or a partial refund depending on the severity of the issue. Please report technical problems within 30 days of discovering them.

2. Conditions for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Documentation: To process a refund, we may require documentation that proves the service was not delivered as agreed upon.
  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a service is fully completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications, no refunds will be issued.
  • Custom Work: Due to the nature of custom development work, refunds for personalized or custom services are limited and may be subject to deductions for work already performed.

  • Third-Party Services: Services provided by third-party vendors or partners that were procured on your behalf.
  • Completed Projects: As stated, completed and fully delivered projects are non-refundable unless specified in the contract.
